Quality Control

Our scientific approach toward Quality Control!

We promise that your produced material is handled with the utmost care and the highest professionalism.  Once all of the elements are assembled, prudence dictates that your finished program should get one more look before being shipped.

We can ensure outgoing Quality Control

Does the program match the delivery requirements outlined by the distributor? Is the tape label spelled correctly? Are there any defects in the broadcast tape stock? Are the languages laid out on the channels specified? These are only a few questions from the 200-point outgoing inspection tour critical programming will receive.
At the onset of any project, we will ask you for delivery specifications so that we may monitor and match the expectations all along the process path. In addition, we will also obtain the delivery requirements for the target distribution channel.

We guarantee incoming Quality Control

What about your original materials? The Quality Control process has been invaluable to our clients when examining purchased inserts or products delivered from other houses. Audio phase, video levels, data errors, time code integrity or even the proper clips can be tested for compliance against your published expectation.

One of the worst disasters in the post-production process is to discover the material you have been working with has been substandard in some way. Post production is the final step before delivery, and producers are generally slightly behind schedule. Scrambling to obtain corrected material when you should be in the delivery phase is an excellent way to raise your irritation level. This brings the importance of Incoming QC into sharp focus, and we are here to help you.

Get an unbiased verification that your programming will pass the Incoming QC of your ultimate client.

Henninger Media Services is pleased to offer these services to your programs, even if they are not produced or finished here. Getting an outside opinion of how your program performs against the delivery expectation is in your best interest.
